Friendly bell hops provided excellent service.

I was severely disappointed by the room conditions. The restroom had no counter space and I faced terrible confusion with the toilet instructions-flushing solid waste seemed impossible. Cleanliness was an issue, as I encountered cockroaches and the hallways reeked of insecticides, which left a bad impression during my 13-night stay.

Everything was great from the outstanding service to the delicious food. The staff was welcoming. I had a big size and air-conditioned room with 2 single beds and TV, for example. The location was marvellous, just a short stroll away from Liv Superclub. I had excellent days staying at this trendy boutique hotel.

Good location. There are a lot of cafes nearby. a nice breakfast. Clean rooms.

I loved the great access to nearby parks and malls, made my city strolls so enjoyable. The spacious layout added to my overall comfort .

The hotel is conveniently located near Parkmall. The staff were helpful. The room wassuper clean and cozy. The Wi-Fi connection was weak in our room, a bit frustrating.

This place is great, and offers free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar area. I'll never forget how the staff brought me a cold drink in the heat on my first visit. I'm definitely coming back for a city trip!

I stayed in the Executive Room for three nights. The location caught my attention right away. Parkmall was just across the street, so dining options were plentiful. The staff were friendly and hospitable, always greeting me with a smile. The complimentary breakfast was decent, though it leaned heavily toward Filipino cuisine. I loved the hot shower and felt the water pressure was just right. The air conditioning was effective downstairs, but the upstairs beds got pretty hot, even with the A/C working hard. The steep staircase leading to the second floor made it a bit tricky to navigate, especially with luggage. I appreciated having free water dispensers on each floor, but the Wi-Fi did let me down-very slow and patchy were great. Another minor point, the bathroom had a sliding door issue and the flush was quite slow. I enjoyed my stay, but some areas need attention.

The staff was accommodating and quickly responded to my shower issue. Make sure to check if your room has a good shower before settling in.

The penthouse suite had a fine view, but the Wi-Fi was annoyingly slow.

I loved the spacious layout of my room and the convenient location next to a mall. The cafe nearby was a nice touch, perfect for a quick coffee break. Plus, the co-working space allowed me to easily catch up on work. Their well-functioning AC was a lifesaver. Highly recommend this spot!

Nice stay in the heart of the action

The lobby's super spacious and cozy, with friendly staff who helped with my bags. My room was huge and had great AC, but they skipped cleaning it while I was out. The buffet breakfast was decent and a steal. Easy access to restaurants across the street was a big plus!
